Osprey's Nest is an airy and light-filled luxury oceanfront retreat with breathtaking, panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Vaulted ceilings and skylights throughout as well as a modern, minimalist design give the home a clean and uncluttered energy. Inside our home, find a cozy spot to read, enjoy the ocean view, or sneak a quick nap. Step outside to relax on the deck and take in big gulps of fresh sea air, or stroll out to the beach for some fun in Rockaway's seven miles of sand and waves!

EV Charger is 240V (type 2) outlet. Guests need to bring their own charging cable - the salt water air does not allow for a charging cable to be permanently left outside.

House Rules

We kindly ask that you keep a quiet environment during your stay and respect our neighbors. Absolutely no parties or loud music. The City of Rockaway Beach noise ordinance is in effect from 10pm to 10am and any fines will be passed on to renters. If you are looking for a party house, I would advise you to find another option- there are plenty of rental homes set up for this purpose. Unfortunately, ours is not one of them as it is also our family home. No guests or visitors allowed besides those on the reservation. Smoking of any kind is prohibited on the property (inside or outside). This includes vaping and e-cigarettes. We unfortunately are not able to allow pets- this includes service animals as well, due to severe allergies of our family members. We do not provide refunds for weather or natural disasters.

Neighborhood

Rockaway Beach offers 7 miles of beautiful sandy beaches, excellent beach combing, fishing, crabbing, tide pool, and nearby hikes. Osprey's Nest is situated in the north end of town in a quiet residential neighborhood. Head into town to grab a coffee and walk the beach, or enjoy a margarita after an afternoon of shopping. Lake Lytle is just two blocks away on the other side of Hwy 101 and offers a fishing dock, boat ramp, and swimming. Bike or drive south towards Twin Rocks and explore the Cedar Wetlands Preserve on an accessible 1 mile loop boardwalk trail that snakes through the 50 acre preserve and leads to the Big Tree, an ancient cedar that is between 800 and 1200 years old.

The home was beautiful and the living room main view was better than we expected. The home felt safe and was in a great part of town. We will definitely be back!! The only downside was the rain (Classic Oregon in the spring lol) and I fell off the deck taking the hot tub cover off because I’m a clumsy lil guy. Great hot tub though. If you can stay here do it!!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful oceanfront home! The views were incredible — waking up to the sound of the waves and amazing sunsets made our trip unforgettable. The space was spotless, comfortably appointed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was a superhost with excellent communication, making check-in a breeze. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful beach escape — we’d love to stay again! 🌊☀️✨

Find us

The home has off-street parking for up to two cars in the driveway. From there, the ocean is at your back door, Lake Lytle two blocks in the other direction, and restaurants and shops on Hwy 101 are just a stone's throw away.
